In practice: skipper licence expires in 90 days
The dot is still green, but the document shows up in the deadline tracker. KLABBY notifies you 60, 30 and 7 days before expiry. When you renew the licence you update the expiry date and the dot stays green. If you don't, it turns red when fewer than 30 days remain.

How accurate is the OCR?
The text is read right on your phone, then KLABBY suggests category, dates, amount and supplier. They are suggestions: if a field is wrong, correct it by hand before saving. The document stays attached anyway.
Are my documents safe?
EU servers (Supabase, Ireland), encryption at-rest and in-transit. Redundant server-side backup. Only your boat's co-owners see your documents, no one else.
