Automatic sync
Offline edits (job created or edited, document details, trip logged) propagate to other co-owners the moment you're back online. Completing a job, uploading attachments, logging expenses and booking need a connection.
Field-by-field sync
Offline edits stay visible on your device and are sent field by field: if two members change different fields, both changes are kept. If they change the same field, the last edit to reach the server wins. If the server rejects an edit, it doesn't vanish: a notice flags it and you choose whether to retry or discard it.
